Description	:	The panel addressed the role of lawyers in encouraging ethical business decisions and explored the area outside of strict legal ethics: the place where the law ends, but lawyers are nonetheless involved. The discussion included consideration of the kind of risk management that goes beyond traditional legal risk assessment.
